Kristen Secor

After devouring more indoor cycling classes than she could count, Kristen left a government desk job to pursue her passion for health and fitness. She’s now a group fitness instructor and health coach with BOHO Cycle Studio and BOHO Core. Kristen believes that our food choices are the best means to fuel our health goals. From pre-workout, to post workout, to endurance training, she can help you choose foods to nourish your active, happy lifestyle.

Kristen’s love for nutrition is obvious and contagious, and she’s always urging clients to try new foods and prepare them in fresh and exciting ways. She confesses that she’s also a chocoholic, and has no guilt about it. “Nutrition is not about deprivation,” says Kristen. “It’s about balance, enjoyment, and finding what works for each person.”

AnnMaire Grohs ran her first 10k in college. And she came in dead last – behind a team of 8 people carrying a Santa sleigh. Ever since then, AnnMarie has challenged herself to do better - to do more – always striving for one goal: wellness. And to never again be bested by a gaggle of people carrying a large prop. It all ultimately drove her to open BOHO Studios, and to focus on fitness, nutrition, and health.

She wants everyone to move more and eat better, simple. Let’s get started!

Eileen Romero

Eileen left the world of scientific analyst with National Institute of Health to take some time to breath and build a life in Richmond. She knows health and fitness has so many overlooked factors such as, body chemistry, genetics, stress and more. Everyone’s body and lifestyle are different, so their health and fitness journey will be also.  “This is why I love BOHO. We don’t just focus on weight loss and muscle gain, because that’s not necessarily fitness. Fitness is balance in your mind, body, and spirit.”
